Food & Drink

Cocktail Caravan

Cocktail Caravan is a full service beverage catering and mobile bartending operation, which means their focus is 100% on the bar and the experience.

Lolita is the cutest little mobile bar you ever did see! Similar to a food truck in terms of mobility, Lolita has the types of finishes seen on the customer-facing side of any restaurant or bar. Butcher block counter tops, birch walls, custom cabinetry and local artisan creations to tie it all together. With a large window opening on one side for service, counter space on three sides, and a bench seat on the last side, Lolita can’t wait for you to come inside and check her out!

Umami Mobile Eatery
UMAMI…the fifth taste.  When you know it’s not sweet, salty, sour or bitter, and you can’t quite put your fork on that mouth-watering taste you’re sensing… that’s Umami!

Umami’s food is inspired by their founder’s travels abroad and the universal drive to eat and share good food everyday.  They try to use as many locally-sourced products as possible at Umami to help friends and community. They use a variety of recycled and compostable products and have some exciting sustainability programs coming this fall.

Steuben’s Food Truck
The original Steuben’s became a famous Boston restaurant, nightclub, and hotspot from the 1940’s to the 1960’s on Boylston Street. The Vienna Room, The Cave, and The Blue Room were all part of the Steuben’s space and hosted Big Band, Jazz, and Swing groups with The Rat Pack, Proms and Sweet Sixteens and more. In its prime, Steuben’s was the center of the Boston dining and nightlife scene.

Both Steuben’s Food Service locations in Colorado respect the history of their name and the core ingredients of the American Regional classics we have attempted to recreate. These dishes are America’s cuisine and American’s interpretations of the dishes of our diverse cultural heritage. Get Steuben’s on the go with Pearl, the Steuben’s food truck!
